Lynda Burgiss

"I nominate LYNDA BURGISS for PHOTM fro April.
Lynda is a devoted Pez collector who takes my scribbles,
and edits them into a easly readable pez price guide.
She has been doing this now for 6 years now (has it been
that long). I wouldn't be able to put out a pez price
guide every year without her. THANK YOU LYNDA!"

Karla Bailey

"I would like to nominate fellow Cincinnati pezhead, Karla Bailey.
Karla has been a huge part of the Cincinnati Pezheads since it began
back in 1998. Three pezheads had a dream back then and that was to
get other collectors together in our area, Cincinnati. She was one of
those collectors. Hey Karla...remember that first one we put together
at Damons? LOL. She has been active in the hobby and has helped other
collectors find new items along with helping to host the party at
Pezamania each year. Not only is she the perfect person for PHOTM she
is also a great friend/Pezhead!"

Val Miller

"Not only is Val spearheading the 'pony project' but she has enlisted others
and got them on board full force. For single-handedly making this vision a
blip on anyone's radar (including the Pez Prez himself) I say kudos Val."

Gary Barbuto

"I hereby, unequivocally, without hesitation, being of sound mind
(shush!), without further adieu, nominate...

Wait, first the testimonial.

This Pezhead has gone above and beyond the call of duty in our fine
hobby. He has been around since day one, always there to help other
Pezheads with his knowledge and generosity. He loves the hunt, and when
he succeeds, he's the first to help someone fill that hole in their
collection, on his dime, of course. I honestly think he goes on these
hunts, not for himself, but for everyone else. Charity work is always a
goal of Pezheads. This gentleman is the king of charity. His
incredible charity work over the years has raised some "tall green."
I'm taking big bucks! And, what makes that so wonderful, is his passion
about it. He is on a mission to do good, all in the name of us
Pezheads. I call him Chris Matthai on speed! My nomination goes to...

Bob Bernacki

"I would like to nominate Bob Bernacki . Not only does he keep a
count down calander for all the conventions but many times he's
offered new released PEZ to list members for free."

John Stetling

"I'd like to nominate the person who in my opinion should have won this honor
last month. His contribution to the Pezcific 2006 auction was amazing! I
only know of a handful of people who would have let go of something so valuable,
unique and just plain old cool. The Peter Max signed Heart dispenser is
something worthy of the Smithsonian. I know some people don't fully understand how
important Peter Max is as a Pop Culture Icon but we all know about PEZ as an
icon. The comingling of the 2 is truly amazing. Much simpler pieces of his
art have sold for much higher than the dispenser went for in LA. For this
person to just donate it is incredible and puts him in a class by himself. He has
really raised the bar on what it means and takes to become PHOTM!
