PHOTM Nominations
March 2006

Chris Matthai

Let us be the first to make a nomination for March. We again nominate Chris Matthai for his expansive spirit of giving, his sense of community and his generous donation of time, money and emotions to worthy charitable causes and other Pezheads. Many of you know that he is one of the driving forces behind the two Pez dispensers that are traveling around the world for charity. A project that Britta Velvetta, our first traveling Pez ambassador, is no doubt very proud of. I know that he has recently been the instigator for one of our Pez members receiving a set of the big Pez pillows at his cost. Just because she couldn't get them and he had them. He is also the reason that Sherrill became obsessed with the white stem Valentines because he started our sub-collection by sending us the seeds of the obsession. If these reasons are not enough to convenience you to vote for him, why, then search back through the archives for his several nominations during the year 2005. It's Chris's turn, go out and vote for him for PHOTM for March 2006.

John Stelting

I would like to nominate JOHN STELTING aka ColoradoPEZ.

John couldn't attend PEZcific this year, so instead he made a
CONSIDERABLE donation to the Camp Ronald McDonald LIVE charity
auction...the signed PETER MAX heart. A wonderful piece complete with
a guide book on the artist that signed this dispenser.

This was the highlight of the auction...bidding was at a frenzied
pace.

Some folks STILL do not comprehend the value of this dispenser.
It's the equivalent of John donating an ALPINE MAN PEZ (Check your
price guides folks). How many of us would do that?
