Susan Roberts

I'd like to nominate a woman who can put a smile on any Pezheads face just by the mention of her name! She is always eager to help fellow collectors. Her amazing work with the Red Cross right after Katrina hit has left me speechless. I knew she had one of the largest hearts on the planet but whoa! She made last month a little better for so many people. Her quilts always raise awareness for various causes and are a pleasure to look at. She was one of the first to jump on the TPD project and bring in some celebrity autographs for the journal. How much more can one person possibly do to help others? Oh yeah, she picked up Little Noot from the airport in MN and without him the convention would not have been the same! Are you ready to smile?

Chris Matthai

I want to nominate Chris Welles (Pez D. Spenser) for
PHOTM. I just received the first catalog of Michael
Morris' art and the work he's doing on it is
outstanding! The time and effort needed to be able to
bring this artwork to the pezhead community is above
and beyond and deserves recognition! Beyond his work
with the Morris Art, he also is heading up two charity
events, working to raise research money for two awful
diseases, Breast Cancer and EB. Chris is also one of
the most generous pezheads in how he goes out of his
way to make someone's day, be it a pezzy gift, a
smile, or a great magic trick! Chris is the
definition of PHOTM!
