PHOTM is a collector run award presently made possible by Eric Thorell.
PHOTM guidelines have been decided by PEZHeads e-list members.
PHOTM is a nomination, voting and award presentation for PEZHeads
e-mail list members only.

Nominations for PHOTM are made as public testimonials. Nominations sent
as private e-mail will be returned to sender reminding them to send as public
e-mail to the list. Voting is done by a privately sent e-mail to me, <luvpez@gmail.com>
or <luvpez@gra.midco.net>. The winner is announced by me, after a count of
the votes. My decision is final.

~PHOTM GUIDELINES~ NO "I second that nomination", please! No one may win more than ONCE in any calendar year. Nominations shall be PUBLIC testimonials. A person may only be elected PHOTM TWICE in a lifetime.

Every correspondence to me, concerning
PHOTM, must have "PHOTM" in the subject so my e-mail filters can
direct it to the proper mailbox on my computer. Any e-mail sent without
"PHOTM" in the subject, will be discarded.

The following quote, which you will find on every PHOTM
tribute page, does a nice job describing what PHOTM is.

"All these people above have been selected by their peers from the membership
of the PEZHeads E-Mail discussion group. They were voted in because of their love
of PEZ, their devotion to the hobby, and the time and love they give back
